Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IVRS) is an employment program for individuals who experience a disability.We focus on service delivery that helps people: prepare for, get, keep, and advance in employment. IVRS is an individualized program. It delivers employment services based on your unique individualized employment plan.Our goal is twofold:employment for our job candidates that meets their needs and interests, and meeting the needs of our business partners.We approach what we do in collaboration. We team up with our job candidates, business partners, community providers, and One Stop Core Partners.We have an increasing presence in Iowa high schools.
